THE COST

There are three classifications of cost when establishing a web site. 

DOMAIN NAME
The first is registering a "domain name." Your domain name is the name by which your site will be known, usually your company name or something close. We will register your domain name for you.  The cost to our clients for registering a Domain Name is only $15.00 per year!  We can take care of establishing your site and registering your domain name all at the same time.

SITE SPACE RENTAL
The second cost  is "renting" the "real estate." When you rent web space, there are different "plans" available, each with its own options. We have the most versatile and popular web site plans shown available. As your site grows, you may have a need to change to a larger plan.  Upgrades are "setup fee" free.

MAINTENANCE COSTS
The third cost is designing and maintaining the information on the web site.  If you have graphic designers and "webmasters" on your staff, you may do your own.  Otherwise, we offer competitive prices, with our developers' time billed to the minute!  You get a complete listing of all of the work done on your site. These costs are what we call our consulting fees. Some sites require a monthly "minimum" amount of hours billed.

ONE TIME SETUP FEE
There is a one-time setup fee which is required to get your account started on the server computer. This fee is generally $35. Upgrading to a higher-level plan does not require an additional fee, but downgrading does.

So, as you can see, the cost to your organization depends on the amount of data you want to put on your site (text, graphics, voice/music recordings, video, etc) and how often that material will change or be added to.
